At Budge Street, Fordell the keys have been handed to the new owners just in time for the festive season! Our clients will be enjoying bbq’s on the patio, looking out to uninterrupted rural views.

There was excitement at Waitai Street this week as the polished floors were unveiled for the first time since the kitchen was installed. The natural Kauri benchtops and dining table is a great match for the industrial-styled lighting. Everywhere you look in this home, you will find a feature!

This week we embarked on a new project at St Georges School. In the new year, this will be a massive project with a new classroom being added to the school. Here you see the retaining wall pile holes have been drilled, and the digger working on the site prep. We will be sure to take you on the journey as the project progresses.

From completion of new homes in time for Christmas, to paving the way to next-years builds. The concrete foundations at both our Konini Street & Cambridge Street developments completed this week, means we can hit the ground running in 2025!
