Puriri Street Looking Sharp: Cladding Done, Colors On.
The exterior shell is officially wrapped at our Puriri Street Triplex. With the cladding sorted and the painters finishing up, the site has finally traded its “construction site” look. Now, the crew is moving indoors. We’re officially into the GIB stage, turning these modern two-bed units from a skeleton into a home.
Making Moves in the East
There’s a fresh build on the horizon for Whanganui East. We’ve just kicked things off on Benefield Street with the essentials – fencing and site prep. It’s a prime bit of real estate in a secluded cul-de-sac—the perfect spot for what we’ve got planned. The foundation work is next on the list as we get ready to bring this new home to life.
Decks, Reno’s, and Results
The crew has been busy on Oakland Avenue, putting the finishing touches on a new deck. While we’re known for new builds, not everyone realises we have a dedicated, full-time renovations team ready to tackle projects exactly like this. If your outdoor living area is looking a bit tired or you’ve got a reno in mind, skip the DIY stress and let our pros handle the hammer.
The Niblett Street GIB Mission
The “GIB mission” continues! We’re officially on the last house for internal linings, with stopping already well underway on the others. This 4-home project is coming together exactly how we envisioned it. We cant wait to start dropping the fences and getting the landscaping sorted to give these homes the street appeal they deserve.
