It’s All Coming Together!
With internal painting now complete, Mathieson Street is entering one of the most exciting phases of the build. The team from Boyd Electrical is onsite installing light and power fixtures, while the kitchen and heating appliances have arrived, ready for installation. Shower walls are also going up in the bathrooms. This is the stage where the structure starts to feel like a home – and it’s all coming together.
Smart Design Taking Shape
Over on Konini Street, progress continues on our two new builds. The exterior of the second 105sqm home has now been painted, and with ceilings in place, our team is currently installing the wall gib. These cleverly designed homes make the most of narrower sections without compromising on livability, driveway space, or access. It’s great to see more of these smart, space-efficient builds coming to life.
