Raising the Roof on Cambridge Street
The skeleton is up. We’ve just wrapped the roof trusses on our newest home in Gonville, and we’re officially prepping for weatherproofing. With just one lot left for sale and a polished house-and-land design ready to roll, the path to your new front door is already paved. Check out Lot 4 HERE
Breaking Ground & Making Room (for the BBQ)
The excavator has officially arrived at Benefield Street! We’re kicking off a fresh 90sqm build that proves you don’t need a massive footprint to live large. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of dirt to play with for a great outdoor area, this project is all about smart design and solid neighbors. We’re stoked to get this one moving for our client.
Doubling Down on Abbot Street
Two more foundations are in the works as we kick off another project this week. The team has been busy on the new boundary fences while the crew at Dowman Contracting have the digger on-site carving out the footprint. These aren’t just any houses – they’re two brand-new, healthy homes designed to raise the bar for the Whanganui rental market. High quality, low maintenance, and officially underway.
Fit-Out Fever at Niblett
Things are moving fast behind the scenes! We’ve ticked off the GIB, the stoppers are finishing their last passes, and the kitchens have just landed on-site. The crew is busy on the finer details like architraves before we let the painters loose. Next up: cabinetry and plumbing. These four new homes are shaping up to be high-spec, healthy, and ready for the rental market.
