Final Touches at Konini Street
Over at Konini Street, progress is rolling ahead with patios poured and landscaping underway for the two new 105sqm homes. Inside, vinyl and kitchen installations have begun, with carpet, fencing, and driveways next on the list. These modern three-bedroom builds, alongside the refreshed existing bungalow will soon be ready to join Whanganui’s growing rental market.
Four New Homes Taking Shape
Over on Niblett Street, progress is well underway as piles are now in the ground and the concrete mixer has been hard at work. This latest infill project will soon transform the site into four brand-new homes – bringing smart, efficient housing options to an established Whanganui neighbourhood.
Another Triplex on the Way
It’s all go at Puriri Street, where the garage has been removed to make way for a new accessway, marking the start of our latest triplex project. Following the success of our recently completed development on Mathieson Street, this new build will bring three quality homes to the neighbourhood, continuing our mission to create smart, well-designed housing in Whanganui’s growing suburbs.

Building On Base
Things are full steam ahead at the Venture Build yard, where our new workshop and offices are well underway. With the retaining and backfill complete, boxing is now in place ready for the slab pour. This new addition will give our growing team the space and facilities to keep doing what we do best.
