On A Roll At Puriri
Despite a short week and some challenging weather, the team has made excellent progress at our Puriri Street triplex project. What was just a concrete pad last week has quickly transformed, with the majority of the framing now standing. Next on the list; getting the fire walls & trusses in place as this development continues to take shape.
Steady Progress on Niblett Street Townhouses
Over on Niblett Street, progress is moving steadily as four new townhouses take shape. Two homes now have their framing completed, while the remaining units are being prepared for flooring installation. These compact, smartly designed homes will be a welcome addition to Whanganui’s growing need for smaller, low-maintenance, and healthy rental housing options.
Tiles, Vinyl, Bathrooms & Kitchens
It’s all coming together at our Konini Street project, where kitchens & bathrooms are being installed, vinyl flooring is down, and tiling is underway in the two new 105sqm family homes. Based on our popular Bamber design, these homes continue to be a favorite for their smart and efficient layout.
