Progress This Week: Major milestones hit this week with the interior transformation. We’ve gone from bare boards to finished vinyl, and the internal painting is now complete. The decks are cleared for the cabinetry team; kitchen installations are the next big job on the list.

The Build: 4-Unit Residential Development

Where: Niblett Street, Whanganui

Progress This Week: Significant progress on both fronts this week. We’ve started the first stage of landscaping with the driveway and parking pour. Indoors, the heavy construction is done, and we’re set to install kitchens across all four townhouses.

The Build: Duplex Housing

Where: Cambridge Street, Whanganui

Progress This Week: We’re seeing some serious character added this week. Internally, the plumbing is complete. Outside, the team at Brick and Blocks has moved in to get the brickwork underway, giving these units their permanent look. This specific design is a winner for anyone looking to balance a great lifestyle with a bit of extra income.

The Build: Multi-Investment Homes

Where: Abbot Street, Whanganui

Progress This Week: We are making serious headway on replacing tired housing stock with these two modern homes. We have ticked off the window and door hardware and are officially onto cladding. These builds are designed to be low-maintenance, high-quality additions to the local rental market.

The Build: Cottage-Styled Build

Where: Benefield Street, Whanganui

Progress This Week: This project is flying. We’ve officially got the roof on and the windows and doors in. On the inside, the rondo is already installed and we’re prepped and ready for the GIB stage. This new home is coming together fast!
