The Build: 90sqm Downsizer

Where: Benefield Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: With the outdoor footpaths and patio poured, the site layout is starting to look nice and tidy. The tiling crew just wrapped up a great job in the bathroom, and the kitchen joinery is going into place as we speak. Starting to feel much more like a home than just a build site now.

The Build: Urban Triplex

Where: Puriri Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: We’re right on the home stretch at Puriri Street! The final touches of landscaping are being finished, and the clean is underway inside. We tried a few new moves on this project -incorporating TPO membrane roofing and tweaking the layout to make the middle unit a two-bedroom design. Great to bring fresh, warm, high-quality housing to Castlecliff.

The Build: Urban Infill

Where: Stewart Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Digger work and site prep in full swing up in Aramoho! All the main utility services are in the ground, and we caught the team in action pouring the curb and channel for the main driveway access. Getting the right-of-way infrastructure locked in early sets the whole development up for success. Watch this space as frames start to pop up!

The Build: Rural Architectural

Where: Okoia, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: We’ve kicked off site prep out at Okoia on a project we’re really amped about. Stormwater is in the ground, boundary planting is already getting established, and the team have the formwork set up for the footings. Keep your eyes on this site, it’s going to be an awesome architectural showcase.

The Build: Family Home

Where: Kaitoke, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Things are really heating up out at Lake Wiritoa. The painters are making short work of the exterior, and indoors, Gibbing is practically complete. The real centerpiece – the pool installation – is just a couple of weeks out on the schedule now. The clients are keeping a close eye on progress, watching their dream build come together step by step.
