Paths Down, Fencing Next: Puriri Street Triplex

The Build: Triplex Units
Where: Puriri Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: We’ve ticked off a major milestone at Puriri Street with the concrete paths fully poured. Topsoil is being barrowed in to get the lawns prepped, and private fencing is up next on the list. Once the final landscaping touches are done, these modern, low-maintenance units will be hitting the Whanganui rental market.
Accommodation On the Rise: Burwood Motel Progresses

The Build: Motel Units
Where: Dublin Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: If you’ve driven down Dublin Street lately, you’ve seen the hive of activity. Right across from the new courthouse project, we’re making great headway on the 12 new units at Burwood Motel. The roof trusses are nearly all locked in place. Great to see fresh, quality accommodation coming together right in the heart of the city.
Lake Wiritoa Project Preps for Exterior Paint

The Build: Family Home
Where: Kaitoke, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: The Lake Wiritoa project is looking sharper by the day. Cladding is wrapped up, with external paint on the schedule next. Schist corner detailing will give the home a sharp finish. To top it off, work on the swimming pool will be underway soon – just in time for the warmer weather. This place is turning into a benchmark family home, and we can’t wait to show off the finished product.
Fences Up, Fit-Out Begins: Cambridge Street Duplex

The Build: Modern Duplex
Where: Cambridge Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: The boundary fencing is sorted, driveways are laid, and the crew is inside prepping floors for vinyl before kitchens and carpets go in. A smart duplex setup like this is all about flexibility – maximising land use to scale a rental portfolio, generating steady cash flow, or setting up a conjoined family arrangement without sacrificing privacy.
