Cladding has officially begun this week at our Puriri Street triplex project. While it may appear straightforward, cladding on a multi-unit build like this requires a high level of skill, accuracy, and attention to detail. We’re looking forward to seeing the full colour scheme come together as this stage is completed and the development really starts to take shape.

Progress continues at pace at our Niblett Street development, with cladding now complete and external painting well underway across the four new townhouses. Inside, gib preparation is almost finished, and ceiling gib has been completed in one of the homes. Internal painting is up next, bringing us closer to delivering these sought-after, smaller, low-maintenance homes that will be a welcome sight to the Whanganui rental markets aging stock.

Momentum is building at our Cambridge Street project, with framing now underway following the completion of foundations. It’s a great stage to watch the homes start to take shape, particularly on this peaceful Gonville street close to everything the area has to offer.
