Big progress at Venture Build HQ, with internal framing now up in our new workshop. We have dedicated areas forming for our new offices, kitchen, bathrooms, and much-needed storage.

This upgrade gives our growing crew a practical, well-designed base to work from, and more storage than we’ve ever been used to (a game changer!). It’s an exciting step forward as we continue to grow, invest in our team!

The triplex development on Puriri Street is charging ahead, with great progress across all three two-bedroom units. Window and door installations are now underway, gib prep is done, and the project is lined up and ready for cladding.
