Progress This Week: Huge progress on this Kaitoke lifestyle property. The trusses are officially complete, clearing the way for the team at Longrun Spouting to get stuck into the facia installation. With the roof and spouting next on the list, the crew has definitely earned a roof shout next week!

The Build: Garage Conversion

Where: Rangitikei Street, Whanganui

Progress This Week: We’re breathing new life into this space. The roof structure has been reinforced to standard, and the internal framing is officially up. It’s no longer just a garage – we’re carving out two bedrooms and a bathroom to turn this into a fully self-contained dwelling.

The Build: Suburban Infill

Where: Abbot Street, Whanganui

Progress This Week: We’re bringing even more healthy homes to Gonville. The exterior cladding is now complete on both homes, giving them a sharp look, with exterior paint to come. On the inside, the rondo is up, clearing the way for insulation and GIB. These are going to be a fantastic addition to the local rental market.

The Build: 4 New Townhouses

Where: Niblett Street, Whanganui

Progress This Week: We are officially reaching the business end of this project. Outside, the landscaping is taking shape with parking pads poured, new boundary fences up, and decks nearly wrapped. Inside, the transformation is just as fast, with vinyl being laid and kitchen installations underway across all four homes.

Progress This Week: Great momentum this week with the exterior brickwork now complete. We’ve shifted focus indoors to get the insulation installed ahead of the GIB stage.
