This Week’s Update: We’ve hit major milestones on the Kaitoke Road project this week! With internal painting complete and the kwila pool deck installed, the transformation looks great.
This week, the kitchen goes in, followed by new flooring and turf rolling out next week. The countdown is officially on to have this Lake Wiritoa home move-in ready before Christmas!

This Week’s Update: It’s been a busy week inside our 70sqm build – painting is complete, and all internal doors are prepped, sprayed, and ready to go up.

This Week’s Update: Plumbing connections are fully complete across all 12 new units, and our crews are hard at work fitting insulation and installing fire-rated Gib lining.
Quality safety standards and quick build times go hand-in-hand here, and we’re fully on target to wrap things up in time for the Christmas break.
