This Week’s Update: We are nearing 100% completion on our 4-home infill project on Niblett Street. This week was all about civil and landscaping execution. The boundary fencing is ticked, pathways are poured, and final service connections are wrapped up.

Flip the script to the interiors, and the kitchens are fitted out and ready to go. With the finishing touches falling into place, these healthy homes are primed and ready to hit the rental market in just weeks.

This Week’s Update: Huge progress this week – the scaffolding is down, and the team is moving straight into prep for the cladding. This Week’s Update: The Lake Wiritoa architectural build has officially reached a major milestone this week as we head into the cladding stage. All the major windows and doors are now fully in, meaning the crew is primed to get the property completely weather-tight.

At 240sqm, the footprint of this family home is incredibly well-thought-out – featuring dedicated bedroom wings that completely isolate the sleeping zones from the main living spaces, a hidden kitchen scullery, and a full double garage. Positioned close to the lake, this is absolutely the build to watch as the exterior comes together.

This Week’s Update: The new bathrooms are being fitted out, and the team laid down the first coat of paint on our brand-new boardroom feature wall.

This expansion is a massive milestone for us. As our crew continues to grow rapidly, this extra space and storage will streamline our day-to-day operations, meaning less downtime and faster turnaround times on site. Best of all, expanding our footprint here means we can keep growing our local team and investing directly back into our community.

Where: Benefield Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The exterior cladding is on and prepped for the painters to work their magic. On the inside, the crew is busy packing insulation, knocking out the final pre-lining touch-ups before the Gib goes up.

This cottage-styled down-sizer is a textbook example of building exactly to a client’s lifestyle goals. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, it pairs a smaller, incredibly efficient footprint with low-maintenance materials – meaning less weekend upkeep, while still leaving just the right amount of outdoor space for pottering and gardening.

Three High-Spec Units Hit the Home Stretch on Puriri Street

The Build: Modern Triplex Units

Where: Puriri Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The team has successfully connected the final plumbing services this week, clearing the way for the new driveway pour.

Once the concrete is down, we’ll be moving straight into topsoil fill, installing new boundary fencing, and laying down lawns. The goal here is to create distinct, highly private outdoor living spaces for each property. We are incredibly close to bringing three brand-new, high-quality healthy units to the Puriri Street market!
