New Project in Aramoho: The Blank Canvas at Stewart Street

The Build: Urban Infill
Where: Stewart Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: It’s first things first at Stewart Street. We’re officially on-site at our latest project in Aramoho. This 1,373sqm section was ripe for potential, and our client has some big plans for this dirt. To kick things off, the crew at Rivercity Tree Services have been clearing the site. The slate is clean, and the real work begins now. Lock this in and watch this space week-by-week as we build Aramoho’s newest quality homes!
Driveway Down at Niblett Street

The Build: Urban Infill
Where: Niblett Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: The crew just wrapped up the new concrete driveway, completely transforming the site.
With the exterior hard landscaping sorted, we’re finishing off the interior details and prepping the yards for topsoil and grass. Four brand-new, central Whanganui townhouses are very close from hitting the rental market – perfect timing for busy pros and downsizers.
Next-Gen Housing: The Puriri Street Progress Report

The Build: Triplex Units
Where: Puriri Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: Over at Puriri Street, it’s all happening below the surface. The crew is currently getting stuck into the civil stage – laying down the pipes, fibre, and all the essential services that keep a modern home running seamlessly.
Next, we hit the landscaping phase to bring the site to life with fences, gardens, and fresh turf. This triplex design is a prime example of smart, medium-density building. It’s exactly what Whanganui needs: a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to the city’s older unit stock.
First Look at the New 70sqm ‘Granny Flat’ Builds

The Build: 70sqm ‘Granny Flat’
Where: Bignell Street, Whanganui
Progress This Week: The foundations are poured and the frames are officially going up on our first 70sqm minor dwelling. What makes this 2-bedroom layout a total game-changer? It’s built under the new 2026 granny flat legislation.
By skipping the usual council queues, this build is faster, highly efficient, and cost-effective. Whether you’re looking to house extended family or tap into a new rental income stream right in your own backyard, it has never been easier to unlock your land’s potential. Carson Street Progress: Two Sunny New Builds Taking Shape

The Build: Townhouse Infill
Where: Carson Street, Whanganui
Progress This Week: We are wrapping up the week on-site with the Carson Street crew, where the cladding stage is officially in full swing. We’re pushing these two sunny new homes toward the weather-tight milestone.
We’re mixing things up with the materials. One home is getting a classic brick finish, while the other features high-end Stratum vertical weatherboard for a sharp, modern contrast. It’s a prime example of how thought-out design transforms underutilised land into a premium, high-yield asset.
