This Week’s Update: Another productive week on-site at the Cambridge Street duplex. The driveways are poured and set. Indoors, the team is making headway with kitchen installations currently underway. Next up on the schedule: vinyl, tiling, and getting the final outdoor landscaping locked in.
Outdoor Living Prep At Benefield
The Build: 90sqm Downsizer
Where: Benefield Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: Solid progress down at the Benefield Street project this week. The painters have packed up inside ready for the kitchen to go in. Meanwhile, the team are focusing on the outdoor living spaces – prepping the deck frames and getting the concrete prepped for the patio and surrounding footpaths. It’s coming together nicely.
12 New Burwood Motel Units Enter the Next Stage
The Build: Motel Units
Where: Dublin Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: The Dublin Street expansion is flying along. Trusses are locked in across the 12 new units, setting us up to get the iron on. The goal here is a seamless finish – once complete, the new builds will echo the exact style and theme of the rest of the motel, giving the whole property a unified look.
Cambridge Street Back-Section Kicks Off

Where: Cambridge Street, Whanganui
This Week’s Update: We’ve officially kicked off our newest project on Cambridge Street, with concrete in the ground and foundations poured. Rear sections come with their own set of challenges, but we specialise in navigating district regulations to turn underutilised land into smart housing solutions. It’s all about creating quality homes right where the city needs them most.
