This Week’s Update: The stonemasons have wrapped up the exterior schist finishes and it looking pretty sharp. Inside, the Gib is up and the plasterers are cranking through the stopping stage. Once they wrap up, the painters will be jumping straight in to bring the interior spaces to life.

The Build: Urban Duplex

Where: Cambridge Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Our latest duplex project is officially complete! The full post-build clean is wrapped, and this smart combo of a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom unit is now live on the market for tenants (See Bayleys Rentals if you are interested). The Build: Garage Conversion

Where: Rangitikei Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: What used to store vehicles has been fully transformed into a warm, self-contained unit. Indoors, the prep work is underway ready to jump straight into internal painting and vinyl flooring installation. It’s an efficient way to unlock extra living space or rental potential right on your site.

The Build: Motel Units

Where: Dublin Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The roofers are wrapping up on site at Dublin Street! Having all 12 brand-new units locked down and weather-tight under fresh iron is a huge win for the timeline. The team has done an unreal job ensuring the new addition matches the classic Burwood Motel look.

The Build: Suburban Duel-Build

Where: Abbot Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Civil and interior trades are cranking in parallel down on Abbot Street. The plumbing crew has hooked up all of the site services to the main road, and the team is now moving onto boundary fencing. Indoors, the kitchens are installed, with tiling and floor coverings currently going down. Everything is tracking cleanly toward completion.
