This Week’s Update: The ultimate backyard is coming together out at Kaitoke just in time for the warm weather! The pool arrived this week and installation is underway. Inside, the crew is finishing up prep on the feature walls so the painters can jump in and work their magic. It’s looking pretty good!

The Build: Urban Duplex

Where: Cambridge Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Our latest duplex project is officially complete! The full post-build clean is wrapped, and this smart combo of a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom unit is now live on the market for tenants (See Bayleys Rentals if you are interested). Duplex designs are an ideal way to maximise yield on a single section – offering the flexibility of multi-generational family living or a solid dual-income addition to your investment portfolio.

The Build: Motel Units

Where: Dublin Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The roof is on down at Dublin Street, and the drone footage from above is looking great! Inside, the team is installing Rondo ceiling battens across all 12 units. This guarantees perfectly flat ceilings when the Gib goes up.

The Build: Duel Dwellings

Where: Abbot Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The boundary fence is going up around the section to lock in the perimeter. On the inside, the new kitchens are in, vinyl and tile work are looking sharp, and carpet installation is lined up to roll out next.

Where: Carson Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The new off-street parking pads are poured, which means we’re just a stone’s throw away from getting the topsoil and landscaping sorted. Inside, the painting crew has begun on walls and ceilings. These twin builds are going to be two welcomed, warm rental homes for the community soon.
