Framing is up on the Puriri Street triplex, Niblett Street’s four townhouses are well underway, and finishing touches are being completed on the Konini Street homes. Exciting momentum as each project moves closer to completion.

Slabs are poured at Venture Build HQ and our new Puriri Street triplex, and strong progress at Niblett Street where the first two homes are now framed up. Progress is rolling across our sites – from the new triplex taking shape at Puriri Street, to piling and floor prep underway at Niblett Street. Over at Caius Ave, the lawns are greening up as tenants prepare to move in, and at Venture HQ, our new workshop and offices are nearly ready for the slab pour.
